Based on this feedback, the Faculty will revise and update the training program to better align with actual labor market requirements, thereby enhancing graduates' competitiveness.
Methodology
The Faculty distributed survey forms to employers, requesting them to provide input on the following:
-
Satisfaction with the quality of graduates
-
Evaluation of students' professional and soft skills

Suggestions for improving the training program to better match recruitment needs
After collecting responses, the Faculty will analyze the feedback and implement necessary adjustments to the curriculum. The ultimate goal is to design a flexible, practice-oriented program that better meets the demands of the job market.
The Faculty of Finance – Banking would like to extend our sincere thanks to the employers for their valuable cooperation and feedback.
